Filled with guessing games and Humor, 'The Year of Secret Assignments' is a great read for anyone. Set in a high school setting much like that of teens today, the novel follows the adventures and trials of three friends- Cass, Em, and Lydia- as they embark on a project to write to pen pals at their rival high school. Told through the letters between the friends and their pen pals, along with interjections of notebook writings and announcements from the school itself, 'The Year of Secret Assignments' is chock full of unexpected twists and turns at every corner, there is no telling where this book will take you until you've read the very last page. |

I really enjoyed this book because it was so captivating and really hard to let down. I learned so much from the book and so many lessons about life. The writing is so realistic that I felt as if i was with the character the entire time. It was poignant, warm, funny, and most of all, it was true. It teaches you to overlool the stereotypes of high school and to just give everyone a try, even if
you don't like them too much at first, you never know if they will become your best friend in the end. It was a really touching story about the bad things and good things in high school and it made me cry twice! But it was a fantastic and i really really loved it so i recommend everyone to read it especially if you would like to read something warm and enlightening. |

This book talks about a tragedy that had happened on a normal day, Everyone was sitting around talking on their cellphones, as usual. A cartoon artist was sitting around when he just saw a random woman that was buying ice cream, bite her dogs ears off, He gets freaked out by what he saw. Then he went to call for help, then he just saw the impossible, Everyone was turned into a zombie because of a cellphone vibe that had went around. He looked around for normal people to expalin to him what is happening; and help him find a cure. He goes on a mission with another friend and had to fight off millions of zombies. He had succeeded after a huge battle, which was for him like hell. It took him a long time to do that, but it was worth saving the planet. It is a great book for horror fans that love Stephen King. I advice all the readers to read it, because once you start reading it, you wont let go off it. |

This book was very interseting to read. What happens is completely unexpected, and twists everything around. i enjoyed reading it, and like most books you want to know what happens so its hard to stop reading. Reading this makes you wonder if everything that is happening is really possible, and if things like that happen. |
